These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website (www.yourlittletales.com) and to any purchases made from us. 

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

1. About Us 

Your Little Tales creates personalised digital storybooks for children. 

All products sold on our website are digital downloads (PDF format) customised based on the information you provide during your order.

2. Orders & Personalisation 

Accuracy of Information 

You are responsible for ensuring all details provided for personalisation (e.g. name, appearance, family members, interests) are correct at the time of placing your order. 

We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided during the order process. 

Order Confirmation 

Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your personalised story will then be created and delivered to the email address provided. 

Delivery is usually within 24 hours from receipt of your completed personalisation details. 

3. Digital Product Delivery 

All products sold by Your Little Tales are digital downloads only. 

Your personalised story will be provided in PDF format via email. No physical products will be shipped. 

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order. 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Due to the personalised and digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed and the product has been created. 

If you notice an error in your order or personalisation details, please contact us immediately at info@yourlittletales.com, we will do our best to assist before your product is finalised. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content, designs, illustrations, and products on this website are the property of Your Little Tales. 

Your purchase grants you a non-commercial, personal-use-only license to download and print the digital product for private use. 

You may not distribute, sell, or share the product publicly or for commercial purposes. 

6. Pricing & Payment 

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order via our secure payment platform. 

7. Customer Responsibilities 

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing your order 
  • Use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes only 
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or share our products without permission 

8. Limitation of Liability 

We take care to create high-quality products and provide a positive customer experience. 

However, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Your Little Tales excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage) arising from or in connection with:

  • The purchase or use of our products (including digital storybooks) 
  • Any failure, error, omission, or interruption in the availability of our website or products 
  • Any inaccuracies in the information provided by you during the personalisation process 

This exclusion applies whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Little Tales, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: 

  • Your use of our website, products, or services 
  • Any breach of these Terms & Conditions 
  • Any breach of applicable laws or regulations 
  • Copyright infringement 
  • The submission of inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information by you (including information provided for personalisation of a product) 
  • Any misuse of our products, including unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our digital products 

This indemnity applies regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute, or otherwise.
